Politiche dell’acqua in Europa

The seminar will cover:
Implementation in Europe of the right to water and public participative government versus the threat of commodification and privatization; European normative and legislation and water policy of EU top institutions; experiences of water (re)publicization in Europe; present emergency situation and initiatives against risk of commodification/privatization originated by the Next Generation EU and related Recovery Plans of Member States.
Participants: Renato Di Nicola will act as moderator. As speakers, following EWM members are expected, pending final confirmation of their participation: Dante Maschio of Enginyeria Sense Fronteres; Pablo Sanchez of EPSU; a person from the Balkans; a person from Greece.
